First petition for pc port of Dark Souls...and now...

On one hand I'm thinking it's good for customers to speak up and tell devs how they should provide them with the games, but on the other I'm thinking how much people are blowing GFWL out of proportion. It had bugs and it might still do, but people are heavily exaggerating.

I have had a few problems with GFWL. I was one of the many that had all there saved game data for Arkham City deleted.

Ok to those of you PC gamers that are calling other babies for not wanting GFWL for very reasonable reasons I hope not that if this game doesn't sell well you'll blame it on GFWL like you all seemed no problem to blame when Epic Games for using GFWL when they was blaming piracy for poor PC sales and why the sequel gets shelved.

GFWL sucks. End of story.

GFWL, steam, origin, are all pretty much the same,

the only difference is there is crossover with GFWL and xbox... matters little and people who are QQing over this need to grow up, once your in the game you won't even notice it, its not part of the game, its an overlay that runs in the background.

with that said, if your want something to cry about, cry about gamespy ID accounts, mines completley **** since it has like 9 names attached to it because of IGN's completley incompetent staff, they won't let me fix it because its considered a "name change", I can't log into games that use it like borderlands, and its complete **** compared to GFWL, its not even a dd service or anything, just a name and a password, how the **** can they screw that up

I have had bad problems with GfWL but be glad you get to have the game on PC at all.

.... and that is exactly what we are doing, with this petition. Personally I don't care, GFWL= login and forget.

However, I understand the psyche that says 'make this better'.

Steam is incredible; GFWL killed Bambi.

Who the f*ck cares? If it goes to PC, great. Its a fun game, and I hope that more people play it.

I'm a PC gamer and have no problem with GFWL.

People don't really understand the problem with GFWL unless they actually have issues with it.

Try to play Bulletstorm, won't start. Check online, seems like people have issues with GFWL. Uninstall and reinstall GFWL. Try Bulletstorm again, no luck. Start up GFWL first, get an error when trying to start up GFWL. Check for fix online, doesn't work. Forget trying to fix these problems, I'll go back to playing Civ V...

i don't even think the petition to get it on the pc was effective at all, I guarantee they planned to port it on the pc from the beginning and the petition was just a publicity stunt to get pc gamers aware.

I've used GFWL before and never had any problems with it. Hermits should be grateful they even got the game ported over onto the PC

Seems like a lot of fuss over nothing. Not going to sign the petition because I don't like Steamworks either. Prefer it went to GoG or GMG myself.

I am unsure if i'm lucky with GFW-L, since I've rarely encountered any problems beyond a few disconnects while signing in.

Why not use steam? Its much better then GFWL.

Hell, even Origin is better then GFWL, I never understood why so many use GFWL, dumb idea.

Ive never had any huge issues with it but I have TONS of friends who have had horror stories about it.

This topic and all the people that are like "I happily bendover whenever a publisher ask me to"... Meh its sad.... Anyway i would rather be a person complaining then a person that just accept the "cake with **** ontop of it".
