First phase of Sony's plan to lay off 10,000 people underway

Microsoft's not out of the woods just yet they already bit into nintendo's apple , as well theyll get theirs when wii u launches this year they already lost 95 percent profit over year , sony just in the same boat as well , sad lems and cows all they do is worry about movies and internet that --- their games are being out sold by mighty wii software such as wii sports mariokart etc

face the music , when you go into direct competition with nintendo your gonna lose

see the wii nintendo did thier own thing and ms sony tried to follow and got their behind handed to them -and thats exactly whats gonna happen if they come out with something similar to the u ,

Difference is Microsoft as a whole is making large profits the odd $100 million is nothing, Sony on the other hand is bleeding cash everywhere.

And by the way Nintendo had their worst year ever last year money wise.

I really don't get americans, pre-crisis the comments would have been ''Good, they're cutting down the fat.'' now it's "That's horible, I will pray for the fired people." It's like empathy for other countries only exists if a crisis or financial hard times hit america too. That aside,

It's indeed a shame they got layed off. Here's to hoping they can find another job soon.
