No, it's not native 1080p. The game runs in 720p natively and is upscaled. This thread is a whole bunch of bogus hype.
A simple search produces plenty of results declaring that the game is not true 1080p.
We have confirmed, on video, straight from the developer's mouth, that this simply is not true. The game upscales to 1080p from 720p.Xbox Evolved Website
