Forza 4 is better than GT 5

how can it not be better? half the challenge in gt5 is finding your way out of the menus and figuring out what the hell that symbol that looks like an equals sign on its end with a "v" over it stands for.

Huh? Yes, it does! How could you say such a thing?! What you essentially just said was that the gameplay was amazing. Then you go on to say that amazing gameplay doesn't save a game? That makes ZERO sense, sorry.

Forza is soulless and boring while GT is a racing game made with love.

If we're going to get into an argument about gameplay between GT5 and Forza 3, GT5 has personally won for me. GTP has personally made the game for me joining racing leagues, and the assorted pick up race with great players there. I love racing around the Nurburgring, and Le Mans and that's where GT5 shines, Focusing on the driver's experience. Now I haven't dived into Photo mode as deeply as others have, but the options in Photo mode can make most Photographers happy. There's a lot of content in GT5 as well as a lot of inconsistencies, Trial mountain being one of my favorite GT tracks not getting a make over is pretty heart breaking in itself. I will purchase Forza 4 in hopes that it could break my GT addiction at the moment, and I also hope it has a Good Caterham Seven Model too :evil:

as an old GT fan and still am i have to admit Forza managed to capture my interest and eventually i have to say its now my fav Racing series...

Still love Gt5 but have no doubts Forza4 will be the better racing game..

Yeah Forza 3 was better then GT5 so I think 4 will be too. I always loved the GT games, but ever since the first forza I made the jump. Forza is just a better series. You are compairing a AAA series to a AA one.

Boring to YOU. There's a big difference between a poorly made game and what you are saying. I couldn't stand gt4. I thought it was the biggest waste of that gen. I don't have that problem with gt5. What bothered me about the game initially were little aspects that I couldn't believe recieved no attention. So I agree with people calling it a flop, but in the sense that they were expecting Uncharted levels of polish--which is something we were lead to believe. However, after the fact, the game is still a really fine experience. If you read all the non-gaming reviews done by racing sites, they all prefer GT5 over Forza. Forza just has this slight assist to the driving which changes the feel of the game.
