The problem with that is the delay in an individuals reacting via speech and the XBOX reacting to said speech.

As far as i'm aware it seems to go off movement of the feet, though I could be way, way off (and actually think I am).

Anyway, looks pretty lame. I want to play racing games where I have full control over the car, not auto drive. I'll be playing Gran Turismo 5 instead.

It is worded as a dismissive. You are showing it as unworthy of consideration by comparing it to the Wii, and that we have seen it already. If we've seen it already, why would videos about it be needed unless you were DC'ing another poster's point?

They talked about lagginess, and you rebutted with a video of Move, which didn't (unless i'm mistaken, if so, feel free to show the quote chain of the conversation) pertain to the conversation of the apparent lagginess in the video you posted.

That looks awkward as hell. If you really want to immerse yourself in a driving game just buy one of those steering wheel controllers. Atleast you'll get some response and won't be pretending you have a steering wheel like some 3 year old in a cardboard box.

That's a huge issue. I can't think of a way to differentiate between the 3 pedals if footpedals are implemented nor differentiate the stick shifting. Hmmmmm, confusing game is confusing.

Yeah, implementation of manual shifting would seem to be a very difficult task. Like you say, Kinect may just be for auto transmissions.

Don't worry I am sure you can rewind after not being able to turn because of a terrible delay. This to me is just sad that anyone could get excited about this. Almost as if you like being milked by microsoft for everything you have to get a similar or worse product. Maybe gamespot should RROD every other week and charge 60 dollars a year for nothing, it might make some of you feel more at home.

that is a preview of the Kinect build. Says here that the game controls your gas/brakes, giving it a more casual feel. THe object of the game mode is just to pass cars.

If there's one thing I see the majority of both Cows and Lemmings agreed upon it's that both new controllers basically suck. I hope cars in the future don't have steering wheels, but in fact have a Kinect instead....imagine driving down the road in real life with that setup.
