That's false. I easily hit 60fps/Ultra/1080p. Hell, I hit way over 60fps at 4K lol. I can actually run this game at 5K/Ultra and get about 40-45fps.

Year+ old game. Not a good one either.

Screen tearing isn't noticeable on 120hz or higher refresh rates. There is also Freesync/G-sync if you have super sensitive eyes or a crappy monitor and notice it.

And the game runs at 141 fps on a GTX 1080 and 113 fps on a GTX 1070 while it can't even hold 60 on the X1X.

If the average fps is 141, what do you think the minimum will be? No one cares about the minimum when you're that high. But here you are anyway.

Sad that so many are under the assumption this game is bad, it isn't, not even close. Might not justify getting an XB1 for those already resigned to not getting one, but a great game for those who have yet to fall victim to SonyGAF's Kool Aid that's been as ham-fisted into the gaming community with the lack of subtlety (but nonetheless effectiveness) of a Russian troll farm psy-ops campaign.

60fps only matters when you can reach it. When you can't, you simply praise Pcs for the ability to run at a smoother lower frame rate and graphical fidelity.

You can play at 4K 60 fps if you want, but more frames are always superior to higher resolutions. There is a reason why e-sports are played at 144 - 240 fps.

1080/1080Ti can hit 90-100+ fps at both 1080p and 1440p.

That explains a lot. That why lemmings only cared about sales when Xbox was selling better than PlayStation, when the One sold abysmally, sales suddenly didn't matter again.

That's why graphics and resolution didn't matter when Xbox One games looked worse compared to their PS4 counterparts. Now that you can reach better graphics and higher resolutions it suddenly matters again.

When the next Xbox hits the stores and it somehow runs games at 120FPS then framerate will matter for you guys and every product that doesn't run at 120FPS will be called unplayable.

One is a mediocre RTS and the other is an above average racing game, but racing games are incredibly niche. For instance, I just don't buy them because I don't want to play them, but I enjoy almost every category of games. Racing and fighting are the niche games, and while they may be good, they just don't appeal to a large amount of people.

Sea of Thieves looks like any survival game. It looks a lot like Rust, in fact, and Rust blows once you play more than a few hours. I have a feeling it'll be fun initially for most people, but will lose its luster quite quickly.

When I hear the word notable, I think of a game that would be worthy of a remaster/remake at some point, or a game retains a decent following after release, something which Gears 4 hasn't. Does Forza or Halo Wars 2 feature a decent following still? If they do, that's news to me. Lol

Be honest, but when was the last time you heard someone say, "I'm going to go home and play Gears 4. I can't wait."?
