I Played all of the above games, owned a multitude of them including Red Dead Redemption 2(X1X) and Forza Horizon 4. There is something about the realisim of the image at high speeds that made me choose Horizon 4. RDR2 X1X looks phenomenal, but perhaps it's the refinement of FH4 that makes a photorealistic image most of the times. #toughchoice

@GarGx1: Did you even watch the analysis? The Pro and X1X share identical effects and asset quality. The X1X looks better due native 4k vs the Pro's chekerbored technique. The only difference between them is IQ and a slight performance advantage.

Now although it would require more powerful hardware to run those effects most are proprietary Nvidia gimmicks that murder performance.

I love uncharted 4 , god of war and Witcher 3 , those games are gorgeus

But Red Dead is on another level , from the animations , physics , volumetric fog , foliage , draw distance , interactions and the lighting... ,( fucking lighting is some next level shit man , its like CG movies). Everything is top tier and nothing comes close.

@Zero_epyon: Yes it did and after watching the analysis so did the Pro as well. The PC version had what was considered ( slight advantages) by DF. So his worlds apart claim doesn't hold water at least with the case of AC:O.

I guess that I have to get much further in RDR2, because to me it looks wonderful and the attention to detail is perfection, but I found that some of the textures was a bit of lacking, and some slight inconsistencies with the visuals. Btw, I'm p km aying it on the x1x on a 75" XBR900E. I really need to pay HZD because those gifs alone really made my jaw drop to the floor, and really made me finally say that we're playing with visuals that EASILY rival that KZ2 fake video from 06.

I'll probably go with God of War at 1080p60, on Pro. We got to a point when every single game looks amazing and runs pretty well on consoles, so i would say there's no right answer.

Water in Horizon does splash.... again if you had played it you would know this.

Those video's are hideously biased.....honestly..... go and play Horizon..... it's not perfect but it's much much better then these video's make it out to be and on par with other open world games.

Don't get me wrong, Horizon does look cool and like a good game. But those videos are pretty much proof of many things sucking with its' physics. I don't think it's possible to make a video that makes the physics of BotW look that bad.

I started with a 386 computer. The bigger problem is your spelling, grammar and using full caps where it isn't warranted.
Gameplay is boss, if the gameplay sucks, graphics don't matter in the slightest. Do you know what the first thing I did after I installed Morrowind last night? I looked for gameplay and UI improvements before any graphics mods. Good games are still good regardless of the graphics. HZD would have still been great had it been Xbox 360 or PS3 graphics.

BOTW on PC looks better than HZD (even you agree).

TW3 modded (yes, they count) looks better than HZD.

FC5 looks better than HZD.

Forza4 on PC looks.

BF1 and BFV look better.

RDR2 PC, CyberPunk, and Star Citizen when released will look better.

The X is a nice piece of hardware( that will soon get stomped by the PS5). But their dev teams lack talent. RDR2 is the first game I bought on the X in awhile.

Given the choice between having rocks rolling down a hill or being able to cut down grass or this....

I would choose Horizon every time....... it may not be as interactive as Zelda's world but it's a much more interesting world to be in with battles that will test even the best players.

Crappy console games with better graphics isn't what my PC's for. If your standards are low enough to enjoy Ubisoft's Far Cry, I'd say chances are high you're not gonna complain about the physics..
