Furthermore, even it was debatable (it's not), you would concede PS4 has 1-2 contenders while PC has 10+.

Bottleneck is a relative term that is thrown around by people who aren't actually using performance as the metric real world use.

TRTR, AC:O, Forza, BFV, Star Citizen, FC5, and BF1 are undoubtedly better looking and running. The debatable ones are QB, AC:U, AC:Or, Gears, Ryse, and Hellblade. Then you have several modded and emulated games (HOTW on PC destroys anything on PS4). Either way you're left with way more amazing looking games on PC total. Lets not forget RDR2 on XB1X beats anything on PSPRO, putting it on a solid 3rd place for gfx. But hey, at least you got 2nd place for library meta-game.

The TR, AC, Forza, and FC5 shots all look better. Even if the rest were debatable, you're going to have to concede PC simply has a much higher selection of contenders while PS4 only has 2 or 3.

Have you seen it with mods at 4k/60? I still wouldn't entertain EA with my money but it is ridiculously good looking and I doubt there is anything out right now that can compete with it.

CLAY? an exact opposite is going on. Osborn' facial shaders, microstructure of a skin, hair and misc detalisation looks awful. Hair in general in this game is made of low number(Industry standart. Every game looks this ugly in close) of texture cards, that's why every character in Spiderman has cornered curves in close-up while SQ42 uses nex-gen 3D spline X-Gen pipeline where almost every hair is three dimensional. SQ42 also features advanced multi-layered bloodflow and wrinke maps combined with highest count of animation blendshapes in the history of game development. Adaptive retina adaptation to the light and many more. It features such things from a technological standpoint Spiderman could never dreamed of.

They've got maglev transit system to move inside this thing. They've got hidden engineering tunnels for authorized personnel. Leisure areas, Airhokey room, a basketball field, med area, kitchen, bathrooms and many many more. With 24 hour schedule NPCs doing their work of course. With more than 1000 subroutines(confirmed)

The development pipeline of only this ship alone was going on for nearly 2 years. The amount of work is colossal.
