[QUOTE="fueled-system"]I don't really care either way but to have three protaganist and not have a mix between them is a bit odd is all I am saying

If you read the GI article there is a clear distinction between the three. Forcing a change in gender isn't the only way to make them feel unique.
Michael has a family that figures into the gameplay--a wife, a teenage daughter, and a teenage son--which is a first for the series. Trevor is an ill-tempered ex-military lunatic who lives in the countryside. Franklin is a very young, serious, and determined character, a mix between Luis Lopez and CJ.
I'm tired of people insisting on female protagonists in games just for the sake of diversity. GTA IV has already proven Rockstar knows how to create a cast of diverse and unique characters; you don't need a female protagonist to drive that point home.
Holy crap, on here and on Twitter people will not shut up about there not being a female protagonist.
I mean yes it would be cool, yes it worked in games like Saints Row 3, but come on... it's not a big deal people.
it only works in SR because of how the game is written in an ambiguous sense as essentially the lead is you it was factored into the games core developement from day dot and even at that for a protagonist and in general SR's characters are a bit flat although SR3 does a better job it mainly comes from the humourous dialogue.
