The problem here is that you're trying to conflate sales with score. You know it's going to sell well (everyone knows this), but you can't really confirm the score. And thus, you out the disingenuous nature of your commentary on the quality of the franchise relative to its sales.

well yeah, since none of us have actually played UC2 (whole game, not just beta multi)... how can you know that its a 'better game'? the person was just going by pictures and previews... which just reflect 'production values', not actual 'enjoyment'

After seeing that amazing trailer for ODST and the breathtaking commercial ,I think...No im certain that ODST will outsell uncharted 2 by the end of the year...With MW2 ,Tony hawk ride and brutal legendcoming out..uncharted 2 will get lost in the shuffle and will be forgotten before you know it,Do u agree or disagree with my facts?

Ride being $129 in combination with it looking like a pretty poor game does not bode well.
I believe Brutal Legend will do better than Schafer's previous games, but pre-orders (in the US at least) aren't looking too encouraging. Can't remember source.
