That's great to hear. The game is probably the most fun I've had all year aside from Super Mario 3D Land. And when I say fun I don't just mean enjoying the game, I mean loving every second of playing it.
343 did an excellent job with Halo 4 and they should be happy with it.
[QUOTE="CanYouDiglt"]That is great news. 343 really did a great job with the series and it seems Master Chief is in good hands. sts106matVGchartz reporting great news? seriously, this is VGchartz people. wait for official MS / 343 word.Well if the sales figure is way off my second part still stands at least with 343 doing a great job and MC being in great hands. No matter what the sales are the game is great. I would think the game will sell very well though.
[QUOTE="coasterguy65"]I don't know if you're joking or whatever, but uncharted 3 did not sell that many in one day. That was debunked. They shipped that many, not sold.Uncharted 3 sold 3.8 million copies in one day....one day..sorry had to do it. In all seriousness the article is quoting VGchartz so I doubt it is verified in anyway.
That being said, and judging by the midnight launch at my local Gamestop this game is going to sell like crazy. It's the first Midnight launch that I've been to in awhile (including AC3) that packed the store with people, and literally had people out the door.
It really is an outstanding game. Better than any of the Bungie Halo games...with the possible exception of Halo CE. Well at least in my opinion.

Yes I was joking.
Lol @ the idiots calling this game casual. It doesn't hold your hand like Reach and Halo 3. If you can't aim, you're gonna have a bad time. Spellingiscoolthis was posted on the waypoint forums a couple days ago link Bullet magnestisum/ hit boxes are just as bad as 3 and Reach
I played a bit at my friends house, it was ok. I'm not much of a Halo fan, if I was I probably would have enjoyed it more. The campaign though I hear is a joke and only around 5 hours. Not worth buying IMO.

I didn't say the game was bad, I haven't played much enough to determine it. I didn't even play the campaign. But I do feel Halo went downhill this gen, especially with Halo 3, the campaign was terrible. There are much better shooters than Halo no doubt.
This is just my opinion of course. I think your STALKER game is nothing special either.

And where did you hear this? I've heard nothing but the contrary.

My friend who has the game. He beat it in a mere 5 hours.

You might enjoy it more if you had a 360 to play it on ;)

You've played STALKER? I've played it like 5 hours and it seemed interesting but I don't really get into a game where you have to try really hard right now. It also has the worst loading times of any game I've ever played.[QUOTE="ShadowMoses900"]

It has some interesting ideas though, I like it's setting as well. But it's no where near as good as SNIPER makes it out to be. Also I don't like M/K very much.

Took me close to 11 on Legendary.
Cool. I don't know what setting he was on, I will judge for myself when I play it later. Though that will be a while Black Ops 2 is coming out and that's going to be eating up my time along with All-Stars.

It's not a long campaign, but it is an excellent one. There are no real dull moments, and no bad levels. Very well done.
Most longer campaigns have at least one or two bad missions.

I want to fight the Didact or whatever that precursor enemy is called. Also visually the game is very impressive, probably the best on 360. How is the zombie mode btw? I only played Team Slayer.
An excellent game sells well. Consider me happy. Also, at all the haters in this thread. charizard1605Those are VGChartz figures, so I wouldn't be too happy just yet.

I have yet to try it. I've only tried a couple of game types.
I think the Forerunner trilogy is going to be better than the original Halo trilogy. The Forerunners are a really interesting species.
Ask yourself which is superior controller for FPS games?
xbox360s
or
n64s
I think it's completely sad you are using a superior controller and halo still has aim assist and quake 2 on n64 doesnt have auto aim.
No excuse for that sh1t
casualU
There is an excuse. They knew you needed something to talk about. They did this for you, casualU.

Dude, if the real figures are less than that, it probably wont be by much. This is Halo we're talking about after all.
casuahalo confirmedPinnacleGamingPFeel free to s**t on GT5 for being successful too. Or has the standard doubled yet again?
You noobs who dont bash halo's aim assist and tell the developers to take the sh1t out of the game obviously didnt buy the game november 15th 2001 like me.
I bashed aim assist since day one.
And why did i bash it? Because i grew up playing first person shooters on nintendo 64 without auto aim and n64s controller is much harder to use in first person shooters. So these SKILL LACKING casuals have no excuse.
casualU
Easy to aim with a mouse.hardcore pc gamers laugh at halo on consoles because it has aim assist.
