Seriously, do people not remember that in older Hitman games you had UNLIMTED use of a map that told you the location of EVERY person on EVERY part of the level?

But when the new Hitman games introduces an OPTIONAL feature that lets you see the location of SOME people on a SMALL portion of the level for a LIMITEDamount of time it went casual? lol

I know that on the harder difficulties you could see less people on the map in the older Hitman games, but people keep complaining about Instinct, even though it gets less effective the harder the game is like the map from older Hitman games.

Older hitman games have never gotten very high reviews from this website. The original got a 5.2, Contracts got almost the same score as Absolution, and none of them have ever got a 9. I would suggest playing the game for yourself before you say that it isn't as good as the other games. Reviews are a good indicator, but the only opinion that matters is your own, after you play it for yourself.

Blood Money seems to be everyone's favorite, but it was a lot easier than the other games in the series.

It just takes away all the aids and removes the HUD. That's definitely what I'm going to be playing (if I decide to get the game).

This is what is says in the in-game menu:

"This is a challenge for a true perfectionist. You know every rule, every detail, and all environments by heart. Even then you will die trying.

• No help
• No Guides
• No interface
• Only a crosshair"

There are two difficulties modes: Enhanced and Professional.

Enhanced has two difficulty levels within it: Easy and Normal.

Professional has three difficulty levels within it: Hard, Expert, and Purist.

Not seeing the review. I'm interested to see it because I have not followed this game at all due to being busy but I was a fan of the past Hitman games. I'll likely get this anyway though.

+ High replay value due to various ways to approach missions
+ Great sound effects
- Some anitclimactic missions
- Enemy AI problems
- Some missions are linear

this sounds like the splintercell conviction of the series.

Not sure if pleased or not yet.
