How Can Microsoft Compete With Sony's 2008 Lineup?

Sony definitely has their big guns coming out for 2008.

Only thing I see on 360 for next year that can compete hype wise and sales wise is NG 2 and Halo Wars.

Technically MGS 2 Sons of Liberty remained exlusive. It was a another version of the game with added content that was multi plat.

And said game didn't have the head honcho of said company putting to rest rumors of a port.

And most of the sales was in NA and the EU, so NG 2 could potentially be a big seller when it's released, probably around holiday '08

okay, for some reason they weren't in the Hype thread. Yeah, the developers of Motorstorm failed to finish the game. Resistance, I just don't understand that score. The single player was lacking a little next-gen oomph, but thats it. The online was the best of this gen before Halo came out.

Good luck with that.

1- FF 13 is coming in 09. But japan might get it in 08.
2- When was resistance 2 and motorstorm 2 confirmed for next year.
3- Disgea is a great series and all, but how much does it sell.

4- Ninja Gaiden 2, Banjo 3, Halo Wars, Huxley, Alan Wake, Lost Odyssey, Too Human Infinite Undiscovery, Fable 2,etc.

Also GTA 4 will probably sell more 360s, since 1 the 360 will be cheaper and 2 the 360 will get the superior GTA 4 game.

5- MGS 4 is gonna own and im buying a PS3 for :)
