How do you feel about Demon's Souls players buying Dark Souls for the 360?

Dark Souls is only superior on the PS3 if you don't have Xbox live. If you are considering getting dark souls between the 2 systems you obviously have xbox live otherwise the CHOICE IS SIMPLE.

Because without Xbox live you can't utilise any online features in the game. . .

I also think you aren't grasping what I'm saying. I said the game will clearly be superior on the PS3 if you don't have xbox live because then you can't use any online features which would be a negative. I'm saying if you do have xbox live they are now essentially THE SAME game and which system you buy it on will not be due to the game itself. When I said the choice is simple I was saying that the PS3 version is the version to get if you don't have live for obvious reasons.

I heard there is still no voice chat on the game. If that's true then 360 version it is due to cross game chat.

Purely because 360 only owners have never played Demon Souls, so why would they have high pre-orders numbers for Dark Souls on the console.

PS3 owners have an idea of the game because of the first Demon Souls. I bet the first game on the PS3 didn't have high pre-order numbers.

It's not about the consoles having different audiences, that wouldn't be true.

XBL + controller made it an easy choice to get it on the 360 this time.

I'm used to playing Demons Souls with a PS3 controller so thats why I'll be getting Dark Souls on PS3, no other reason. You can spend a lot of hours at a time in that game, so maybe some people will want to do party chat on the 360 if they have both consoles.

I wish people would stop caring about what other people play, how does a game going multiplat affect you? I remember whenall the lemmings were freaking out over Mass Effect going "multiplat" which is funny considering how Mass Effect was NEVER a 360 exclusive in the first place. If it's on PC also than it is NOT a 360 exclusive, okay 360 fanboys? There now that is out of the way.....

I'm happy Dark Souls is going to 360 since more people will be able to enjoy it. And that's what gamers should support, other gamers. And I'll probably be the only cow on here who will tell you this, but the 360 version will be perfectly fine. I know all the other cows on here will yell about how the PS3 version is going to be the "superior" version, but let's be realistic here guys, who ever sees a difference in multiplats in the first place? 90% of the time the differences are just ridiculous and it's just stupid to argue about and I seriously doubt the fanboys even know what they are talking about. There just making things up and overexxagerrating....

The 360 version will be just as great as the PS3 version. Just get the one with the controller you prefer or decide if you like Trophies more than Achievements or whatever.....

The only difference between PSN and LIVE on this game are that LIVE will have a smaller community for it, and PSN won't require you to pay a subscription fee. Other than that, it's basically just down to whether you want trophies or achievements, and which controller you like more.

I am very happy this game is on 360 as well. It needs all the exposure it can get. Demon's Souls is one of the most amazing games ever made but not enough people played it, it should have been a multi-million selling mega hit, and the more people play it the more people will realize what a true quality is supposed to be like.

But honesty if anyone actually has a choice between getting it on PS3 or 360, choosing to get it on 360 would be ridiculous.

I think it is pretty cool that 360 users get to play this too. It's not like the ps3 is short for exclusives or anything. The only thing I'm worried about is that it might not be as good or have as much content since they are trying to make it on 360 too. This is the primary reason I think FF13 was so dumbed down, and why FF13-2 will also be dumbed down.
