To me the vita is just plain irrelevent. I already have an ipad that keeps me entertained on the go: games, web surfing, music, reading, apps, etc. There is no point for the vita in my world.

Then you obviously don't want high quality portable games. I have an iPad and the games are like flash games, they're gimmicky and fun for wasting time. They don't have deep storylines and production values that match consoles.
We don't play iPad games for the incredible graphics and engorssing storylines, for hours on end. We play them because they cost £0.69 and kill time while we're waiting for a bus.
If you were seriously into games, you wouldn't say that.

Weren't people saying that i could be as high as $300-$350 before it was shown at E3? Then SONY decides to take a blow and sell it at $250... and still people are complaining? ...poor people...

But when someone can get a xbox 360 for 199$, with a near infinite game library and behemoth games like Witcher 2, Skyrim, Mass Effect 3, Fable, Halo, Dark SOuls etc, it is rather hard to pay 250$ for a new on the market handheld that has a tiny game library and no BC with PSP UMDs

I spend enough time gaming on my console at home. I don't need a handheld too. I'd rather listen to music or read what's going on in the news, then come home after work and play on my console. I don't need to be gaming ALL THE TIME.[QUOTE="Asim90"]

True..there probably would be great games on vita. But usually when I game away from home its for 10-15 minutes at a time (on breaks, lunch, etc.). I don't need a deep game during those times to keep me entertained, and there are some fun games on ipad. My favorite right now is Puzzlejuice..a mix up of tetris and spelling words. I dunno, it works for me. I don't game enough away from home to put the money into a vita. Please Log In to post.
