Let's see...
Sigh. I pay for connecting to the internet, you know? To my internet company.
Now, MS offers an additional service, and if they WANT, they can decide to offer it for free or not. They decided no, and the market answered possibly.
I'm paying for an additional service that I think it is worth the fee. How's that a rip-off?

Secondly, the PS3 is more expensive because of the Blu-ray player costing alone more than 200$, so, in fact you are getting more with a PS3 which prove you wrong.

I'll tell you how this pricing stuff works. Before releasing a product, a company spends a lot of time doing research about the best possible price.
When Sony did theirs, they probably discovered that with a $600 launch price, people would probably not pay for any additional service, even if they got a Blue_ray player in the box.
That's EXACTLY what I said, so how do your sentence prove mine wrong?
Plus, the Wii is having a worst online mode in comparaison with xbox live, but the same could be said for xbox live vs PC... which is totally free. Playing MMO Valve games online on PC are cheaper to play on PC than on xbox live, you can play CSS and TF2 with a 300$ PC.

You are confusing things. It is not a question of which is better. Is a question of what would the people pay for.
Do you think people would pay for Nintendo's online? I don't. And probably Ninty agrees, because it is free.
Do you think people would pay for Live? Obviously they do, that's why it has a fee.
So have WoW, etc etc.
Finally, microsoft have lost billions of $ with his xbox division and they still lose money because of their crappy hardware quality that lead the 360 to get a peak of 30% of their production getting RRoD. It's still even in the air after 4 years on the market. Open your eyes and admit it's a damn finacial hole! Only a fool can deny it.

1. MS gaming division became profitable this gen.
2. According to you, every company that has a non-profit momento should be closed down? By that logic, most auto-companies should have closed down this years (Ford, General Motors, Opel, Toyota, Volkswagen, Fiat, BMW, just to name a few), and Sony should have closed their gaming division this gen.
Nonsense.
