is it really so crazy for you ? :? habkeinbock

It is just I can't understand why people are complaining for an optional cost they are not even interested in.

i try too explain :P

if you are a fan of the series 24 and you have all the dvd's and now they release 1 more episode but you know its not a good one , would you buy it as fan too make you colection complete ?

and thats my capcom problem :)

It's not an episode. It's an add-on. Besides, if you want something, you gotta pay for it. That's what economics and capitalism have tought us.

There is nothing wrong with DLC. What's wrong is people's idiotic assumption that everything a developer puts out after a game is finished should be free or was left out of the game intentionally just to charge you.

I don't have a problem with well made DLC like The Lost and the damned, Knothole Island, etc. The shipped game came with more than enough content for any customer that boiugh the game to be satisfied if they decided not to buy the extra stuff. Yes, there is crap DLC being offered and you have the option not to buy it. Here's a hint: DON'T. But spare me the butthurt "I'm getting ripped off" nonsense. The developers don't owe you squat and you don't have to play it.

Problem is, devs are starting to cut things needed for the main game for DLC. The game in your sig charged DLC for the true ending.

Fallout 3 did no such thing. The original game ships with an ending. The first 2 of the 3 expansions expands on the existing game and the 3rd game removes the ending and expands the level cap. I have no complaints about the additional content for Fallout 3, I'm still playing it and I bought it in October clocking well over 200 hours without any expansions. I got my money's worth.

SInce this thread hasturned intoa 'paying for Xbox live thread' I ask everyone that drivesin this thread this question(at least in the US);

Does the car youdrive have an automatic or a manual transmission?

After you answer that question remind me how you feel about paying for Xbox live

You know who I blame: gamers. You have shown time and time again that you will pay for things that should be free. XBL, DLC, and now online. Capcom can do this because they KNOW people will buy it.
