I like their party system that's functional at the OS level. No need to fire up a separate app to use something like it. With the party system comes party chat and game launching.
I use the fully functional cross-game invite system all the time. It works no matter what anyone is doing and works consistently in ALL games.
And I like that XBL has a better sense of community. There are events like gaming with devs and the community playdate. There are very active community managers that are more than PR people. They help organize members and moderate the system across the board. Not only that, they're very vocal. We only need to go back and look at how each handled the MW2 glitches. One did something in the best interest of the gamers while the other said they didn't intend on doing anything. One is an example of server. The other is the absence of one. MS staff is very visible and vocal and interact directly with the end users.
They continually work with various parent groups and special interest groups to educate and address their concerns with the realities of online gaming.
These aren't things you'll find on some bulletpointed feature list. They're just part of the package that people apparently take for granted.
