I have not been around people much lately. Mostly, girls reject me, and guys don't want to be friends with me. So, I turn to video games to fill that void. Lately, I have been playing a ton of WoW and Rainbow 6 Vegas, and these games give me a sense of community, something that I feel a part of. I have friends on these games that are better than any real life friend that I might have, not that I have any real life friends. When i come home from work everyday, I don't exercise, I don't call anyone, I game. I game and post on system wars. I game until I am too tired to game anymore, everynight. This is my life, and i have been doing this for the past 10 years, and I don't see things changing anytime soon. Gaming is my escape from the rigors of everyday life.accameron

There's a girl for every guy, but if you're not willing to search for her your chances of ever finding her are slim to nil. I have heard of people getting married through WoW though... lol.

Some of what you say is true formost people( or gamers), but the rest is a little unhealthy,being antisocial and whatnot. Try going to someplaces that you can do some interaction with people(I dont know if bars would be a good idea though) and a good way to meet girls is try talking to them with someconfidence.....girls like guys who look confident!

Good god thats true I act confindent even when I'm not and boy oh boy do girls love that (this isn't tooting my own horn here well ok maybe :D) confindence and dont be too nice most girls like the "i dont care what you think" attitude idk why works for me anyway.

I come to system wars to defend my console and try to convince people to buy it. The more people I convince, the larger its userbase and the higher the chances my console will win this war. If it wins the console war then more and better games will come with it and more of my friends will by it.

I already knew that. Thanks. Tommorrow, I will go to work, and then come home and game for 4-5 hours before I pass out on the couch, then I will get up on Tuesday at do the same. On the weekends, I will do some serious gaming with a clan I am in WoW.

Also, why not turn your like in gaming into something good?

Learn how they are developed and published and look into some classes.

Do good in school, go to college, take up some game development programs, and make a lot of money creating what you love.

Don't listen to him, it's people like that in the world that want to put you down. Just let it roll off your shoulder and look up. Really, try going to your mall or going the gym. Especially the gym, it'll make you feel better. Try replacing some gaming time with exercise, not only will you be physically healthier, you'll have chances to talk to people there too. ;)
