Wow....I mean....wow. Where to start?

I remember seeing the first trailer for this game some time ago, and was pumped. Looked awesome. Then, the gameplay vids started to stream in. The instant I saw that clunky gunplay, I lost all interest. I knew this would happen. Yet, it was still one of the major titles in the PS3 library, being touted by both PS3 fans and its maker. Granted, we didn't see any 'ZOMG, best FPS game evar!!' posts, or 'AAA for sure!' ones either, but you get my meaning. I was expecting a 6.0 range score. It looks like it'll be even lower. Ladies and gentlemen, what we have here is another...

Yes, Ninty and MS paid these devs to suck it up with an exclusive ps3 title that tarnishs their track record before defecting back to the other console and making a kick-ass game.

I see it right now F5 is gonna release some great wii game and FR is going to do the same for the xbox...

When I first saw the trailers and previews of this game a few months back, even a year ago, I thought, "woah.....PS3 is capable of a "Crysis" type game."

I didn't know how drastically a few months to year would actually make a difference. :(

Could be worse. I have an uncle who was part of a team assigned to developing a new guidance system for SAMs, particularly the ones used on mobile launchers. Millions upon millions are poured into it, along with years of work. When the day comes for it to be tested at White Sands, NM, and it is launched...the parachute for the test model doesn't deploy. My uncle literally got to see millions of dollars and years of work go plummeting into the ground at speeds exceeding mach 2. Left an awesome c rater though. Anyways, he got over that, so I'm SURE the guys at FR can get over this. :P
