System Wars has its rules just like everything else. If we don't follow them, everything will just be anarchy, with flops being declared left and right. Mass Effect was hyped AAA and scored AA so by System Wars terms, it's a flop. Just because I follow the "rules" of System Wars while I'm here doesn't mean I live by them everywhere.

I'm just going by System Wars terms, terms I could give less than a **** about in real life.

After playing the demo, I knew this game wasn't for me. But it still seemed like it would get a decent score...

Haze is not a flop IMO

It is obvious M$ paid IGN to give haze a bad score, if they didn't why else would other reviews give it 9/10 like PSM?

Free Radical are officially owned as well. I bet they'll somehow try and spin this to try and make Halo 3 sound crap.

Funnily enough my friend's mum went into Currys the other day and the staff were playing Haze. Being a bit of a gamer herself she asked what they were playing. They replied:

"It's Haze. It's way better than Halo"

Yeah, Currys are practically paid by Sony. Every time I buy something from there it's always a case of them trying to make me get the PS3 version. They told me the PS3 version of Army of Two was better than the 360 version. After playing both I can easily say that was a complete load of B.S. They also have PS3s set up EVERYWHERE, and a 360 and a Wii showing off a really crap game on one of their worst TVs sat in a dusty corner with the sound turned down.

Now I hope that the cows can put Haze to rest. After all there is a great FPS that PS3 owners already get to play.

If anyone wants to see epic lulz, go to the Haze board. Denial abounds. Like, at amazing levels. One poster went so far as to this;

It's also not a horribly slow game full of camping cowards. It'll definitely be better than Cod4 even if it is poor.

I kind of saw this coming by watching some videos for it, the textures looked so bad, and I saw a lot of odd player animations. But i'm also kind of angry it flopped because my PS3 is just sitting there. I beat Moterstorm, Uncharted, R&C, and Heavenly Sword, but none of them were worth buying and it doesn't look like I'll buy my first PS3 game till MGS4.

i knew this game was going to suck something big and hard once i played the demo and found out its more linear then the later lvls of the first killzone...which ironically score HIGHER on IGN then HAZE....

it only got worse when the developers admitted they are using 580p as their resolution...i mean come on 580p they can even be on par with COD4 res. which is just sad

Haha, Hour of Victloly got a 5.7. Granted these are two different IGN channels and different editors, but still, there should be some coherency. Like if asstastic games get scores like 5.0 and 5.7, better games should not be getting lower scores.

That is the rules of System Wars, I think they are just idiotic, but because we are in System Wars, they are floped. But I loved Mass Effect, Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, and Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction. But they were hyped a score and didn't get it in the reveiw so they are all flops.

I have been saying this game would suck since people first started hyping it. It has always looked like complete trash, I am just happy it was finally released in two weeks no one is ever going to mention this game again. All the cows who that were bragging about having this as an exclusive were absolutely owned.

Ok, I forgot we count Gamespot as high and mighty around here, but their reviews have become somewhat of a joke. Especially the Ratchet review.

Those games didnt bite the dust anyway. Especially Ratchet and Resistance. The fact you even listed those two are enough to tell me you might not know what you're talking about. Heavenly Sword didnt bite the dust either... and as for Folklore? I think IGN gave it like a 9.0. Since we're holding IGN's opinion so high in this thread too, do you realize that Folklore got a 9 from IGN?

Again, besides Lair what other game has bit the dust on the PS3?

Actually bovine all of those games have AA scores on Gamerankings as well and there have been other places that have rated them lower. I'm sure that in retrospect it seems that cows never hyped those games as AAA classics but everyone who as there knows the amount of crap cows were spewing which is why it's so funny to see them crash and burn

as for IGN, I couldn't care less about them as i don't particularly rate them. It's no secret that they overrate PS3 games though which should make the Gamespo, 1up and edge scores even worse
