It'll get a maximum 7.0 from Gamespot. They won't acknowledge a Wii game as being good regardless of quality. Metacritic will probably be like 85-91 with GS having the lowest or second lowest score out of 80+ reviews.

Considering how much they've been raving over this since it first premiered on their site, I would have been more surprised if they hadn't given it a good score.
I'm glad that they acknowledged the games shortcomings and calculated that in, I was honestly expecting them to give it AAA with as much coverage they have given it:P

Time will tell, but there's actual factual history that shows GS generally ranks Wii games lower than most other sites/sources.
I wonder how bad it is if it didn't get a 9 at IGN nintedno. I mean they have given some pretty huge ? to some games that were absoloutly borken. And I don't want to list all those games for lol sakes so don't ask.

Yeah lets wait for a few more reviews. ign HAD to give it a high score. Considering they were hyping it like mad since day one and the backlach they recieved after the NMH review (mad hype then a mad bomb). Thinking of it like that, it actually scored pretty low.
Anyway it does look like a good game so lets see some high reviews and high sales.

Why should I have to learn to like the controls of a game? There is no learning curve except for strategy games. I dig games like x-com, civlization series and others. Doesn't mean it should be impossible to hit a tennis ball in a freakin tennis game, or skateboard in a game about skating.
No scripted scenerios -- the way gaming should be. I can't stand single playercampaigns that force your actions and play like you're reading a book (ahem, COD).
