lol, so much hate in this thread. Its like all the haters from around the world are having a haters convention in this specific thread. It started with "The Conduit will be lucky to get 6.0 on any review site" now that its gotten 8.6 from IGN people are just making things to bash the game on. Come on guys, the game got good reviews, just chill. I find it funny that IGn actually had a quote regarding the type of people in this thread

An 8.6 without the upgraded Quantum III engine that is already housing better graphics, local and online multiplayer, and more NPC's without a framerate hit in the early stages of The Grinder.. can't wait to see how well the engine is running by the time they get rolling on the sequel, it'll be awesome:D
And yes, that is extremely premature considering the first isnt even in retail yet:P
Now, Wii owners. Buy this game if you want more hardcore fps-games in the future, or hardcore games in general. Show the developers that you exist.

ever since No More Heros came about people act like every time the wii gets a hardcore game that it just might be the last. don't get me wrong i'm still going to buy this game but this is a trick people keep falling for.

That's because they're held up to PS3/360 standards :P. Seriously though, it still looks like a rather generic shooter that just happens to be on the Wii, which is unusual for shooters.

IGN is funded by ad revenue from game publishers. IGN has been exposed doing ridiculous things on more than one occasion. They played it to the false ending, and totally missed out on the real ending as well as things like Legacy Stages. Do yourself a favor and stop reading game reviews from mainstream sources. First of all, if you played Sonic and the Black Knight, you'd know that review was garbage. I shouldn't have to explain this. Second, have you seen the way Hilary reviewed Sonic Unleashed? I dare you to watch the video review. Hilary literally says "Nightteen stages" instead of Nighttime. Lastly, GS is just as bad as IGN at reviewing games. I don't see why'd you trust them after the Kane & Lynch incident.

This. Explain people please... Some of the top rated Wii games aren't even as good as the lesser 360/PS3 games. A game like NiGHTS or Klonoa score a 7.5. Pretty high for games you can literally beat in a day.

I shouldn't have to tell you why Galaxy is better, luckily there are plenty of reviews out there who can do it for me you could always try playing galaxy, a wii's not that expensive compared to the flop console you have now
