I hated Eternal Sonata's retarded story, but over all still enjoyed the game. Isn't that the point of playing games, to have fun and enjoy yourself?

The stuff I see on here confuses the hell out of me, why would people purposely pass up the chance to have fun? Don't bring up money, there's a service called Gamefly, try it.

Even that review stated he had fun and enjoyed the story.

It shoudn't confuse you.

Lots of things factor into why you don't like or like a game. The story in IU actully does interest me. IM a big big Story fanatic along with visual cutscenes and the directions game prodeers take. I never said it didnt nor did I say the game did . There are certain things in the game that I saw though that kind of threw me off, so im in noo rush to play it. I'll play it eventually. Personally, if you want to go there, I don;t even like the character designs all that much and the battle system looks alittle broken judging from the videos.

I still would take a next gen LOtheD game anyday over Mass Effect or LO. Eternal Sonata is a muliplat now.

MONEY is an issue when your broke and are a college student in my situation. I don't even buy games for the 360 we have beacause im too broke and I think gamefly is a rip off (yes I do). I also have no time with college (my sheudule messed up this semester ) as I see its more important at the moment so any long game (35 -40 hours) (RPGs) would not be of any interest.

Differnt strokes for different folks I guess.

Cause no one else hypes their console as RPG Kings of this gen. So obnoxious and annoying. Plus, when was the last time you saw anyone hyping up the Wii? Very rarily. As for PS3, yeah, they're annoying as well, but for some reason, MS fanboys hit more of a nerve for me. Maybe because they're more vocal and numurous in this forum.

No I havne't played any of them except for Lo and that I didn't like.I would love to play tov though I like the main characters.

Reviews should never stop you from buying a game I buy alot of crappy games but this is sw where we agrue about which console is the best.

Did you play them? How would you know if Tales of Vesperia is good having never touched it? How do you know Infinite Undiscovery isn't good if you've never played it?

Again I how can I play them when ther not even out like I said I want to play tov it got a 8-8.5 on lots of sites so it must be good enough for the reviewers. I use reviews to help me pick out a game unless I am a big fan of the game like the Harry Potter series I own just about every one and they score bad.

So chill,enjoy tov and lo, not everybody is going to agree with you that is life,I never stated it as fact and it is obcious I don't own a 360.

People complain about 35 hours, really? RPG's need to get down around 20 hours.BioShockOwnz

35 is more than enough...will give you more time for all the other great games...

I just saw the video review and that game looks awesome....has a lot of detail for an RPG specially in the Towns...

Anyways its a shame that it didnt do to well... Sucks that most jrpg's this generation havent been doing to well. I'll have to pick up ToV sometime soon, havent played the past ones though.

Just do what I do. Find a friend who's going to buy the game, then borrow the game from them once theyre done w/ it hhaha.. I'm a student on a budget during school too so I try to save money to buy a game maybe every other month or so but the rest goes to higher prioritized items.

Day one buy, with ToV buying tommorow.

To those whiners about games being expensive and the poor college students, get a proper job, or simply be a pirate if you're really that poor, gaming isn't a cheap hobby nowadays.
