Steam recently, had Max Payne 1 & 2 bundle deal for only $3.50. The deals they have for games every week is INSANE. I won't even go into the many different holiday sales they have throughout the year which is even more ridiculous! So, I decided to get Max Payne, downloaded in like 15 minutes, and it updated it with latest patch and all I had to do is hit just "Play" and it was ready to go. Not, only that I didn't need to pay any taxes when I buy any games off Steam. Even newer games are cheap like when I brought Dirt 2 for $5 last year and I checked the retail price for a brand new console version of the game and it was $40. They have deals that are off 75% of the retail cost of the same game on the console version. Newly launched games are often $15-$20 off the retail price off the console version. Steam absolutely TRASHES PSN and Xbox Live (which you have to pay $50 a year for LOL) in terms of it's game library and deals.
Which begs the question, is Steam the ULTIMATE gaming service in the world?
Edit: I mean just look at this weekends sale they have all the Grand Theft Auto games 75% off. You could buy some GTA titles for $2. LOL.

Not to mention all the Splinter Cell games 60% off.
