[QUOTE="manningbowl135"]Most multiplats are missing. My main complaint about the wii. And I say they've abandoned the core b/c this gen it's essential for the core audience to have a good online. Wii doesn't have good online. It has few games and even when they do have good games, the online will still suck b/c there is absolutely no communication or sense of being in a community. You can't see your friends when playing, you can't even talk to them! (no strategy during MoH) Online for Wii is basically playing against CPU, only you know those other cars/ people are actual people. The online is not immersive at all.

Who says that online is a requirement for core gamers? PS1, N64, PS2, and GC didn't have it. Does that make them casual consoles?
Good point, and I agree 100%. I'm not a fan of console online at all; the PC's still miles above the rest in that respect. And voice chat?? I HAD Xbox Live for a couple of years back before Microsoft dropped the original Xbox like a bad habit, and I usually ended up turning off voice chat (I don't have much patience for foul-mouthed racist 13-year-olds), and on top of that, I could NEVER find any games that matched my filters (Forza was a couple months old at that point too, so there's really no excuse for that)
