No, it's Sony's version of BC. They don't want to, can't or simply refuse to have BC on the PS4 and why would they when they have suckers willing to pay for it. They CANT have backward compatibility because unlike the shitty xbox 360 CPU which the Jaguar inside the xbox one at least can emulate with some problems,there is no fu**ing way in hell that Jaguar inside the PS4 can emulate Cell not way in hell.

Basically all games have to be re write to be make backward compatible and any process ran on Cell would have to be move to the GPU in the PS4,it is like it is and the xbox one can't emulate all games on xbox 360 and many games have performance issues and run slower than on 360 proven already by many DF test.

Second how the fu** you know for what they are paying for.? You can pay for PSN Now and not play a single game you own,and just play one of the hundred of games available,PSN Now is not for the games you own,it work with many games people don't own and many that do,for example there are hundred of games i don't own and never player on PS3,so if i would to pay for it i could play many games i never even touch so how i would be double dipping for a game i never owned or played.?

Online play was totally free on PC,DC,PS2,PS3,GC,Wii,Wii U,DS,PSP,3DS,Vita basically in every platforms that supports online play it was free even on freaking Cell phones and some games even have cross platform play Between Ios and Android free..

Bloockbuster use to charged $4 dollars here for 3 days,gamefly charge a monthly fee,small video stores use to charge as well,so how the fu** you compare PSN NOW which is a rental service since you don't own any game or buy it,with live which was an still is a dirty toll both to charge get more out of people,the first 2 generations is was basically P2P in almost every game,using your own connection and platforms and you payed for that shit,when sony had more games on dedicated servers and free,is the reason why you didn't see 60 players online on xbox live unless it was a game from a 3rd party with dedicated servers,or 8 players co-op like Resistance 2 use to do,you didn't see games as Mag on xbox 360 because it was mostly P2P and for that crap you pay $50 then $60.

It would depend on the emulation software. Really good software........like PCSX2 or NullDC.........will of course iron out issues because of the hardware underneath. XB1 has an issue because of the processor speed being 1.75, about half of what 360's was. This is why CPU heavy games like Gears and Halo tend to slow down on BC and GPU heavy games are ironed out.

TL:DR: It depends on the hardware and software the emulator is running on.........and in XB1s case whether the game is CPU or GPU heavy

Well, I have red dead redemption digitally, which means i will be able to play it on my xboxone, and I played some dark souls I on my xboxone just a couple of hours ago.

It may not be the best thing ever, but it sure is a lot better than not having it lol

Game's great, framerate's much better, but I could've sworn there was a way to make manual saves on the 360. Now it appears it only cloud saves?? I can find no manual save option. This seriously blows. Why am I not allowed to save locally if I want to continue my game from a particular point?

damn , just started the game and played like for 20 minutes, amazing how well this game holds up. What rockstar did back in 2009 is no short of revolutionary. But apart from the graphics, the atmosphere that this game has is simply stellar, I know what I'll be playing the next couple of days, or heck maybe weeks.

With a 20 million console lead, please, go on. My Xbox will be used for the few console exclusives it has (since I don't have Windows 10), BC and movies ( love the rentals). No reason to buy 3rd party games for it, since they run/look worse than the competition and none of my friends actually have an Xbone either.

Besides, Scorpio is what, almost a year and a half away, I don't have the patience for that. I don't even want to think about the NX and it comes way sooner than the Scorpio.
