I'm not buying any multiplatform games on the Wii U, so this wasn't going to affect me either way.

I got the Wii U for exclusives, or at least games that use the tablet creatively.

Sounds like a pretty sh*tty console.

They should stick almost exclusively to exclusives. That's what Nintendo consoles are for. Experiences you can't get elsewhere.

Can't wait to see how horrible the 360 and PS3 versions are after the disaster 2033 was on the 360. Getting it on anything but PC is just wrong.

Also, 4A only got to see the early dev kits and the Wii-U version was axed because of budget reasons.

PC is the only way to play a metro game, its an insult to the game if you play it any other way.it will look amazing on PC

Terrible performance and crappy visuals. Thanks to the nature of the 360's video output, the blacks were crushed and it made it even worse. I rented it on the 360 when it came out cause I didn't even know there was a PC version. It nearly made me hate it.

The Wii was cut off from third parties because the GPU was far too ancient to support modern techniques. Required too much rework for an audience that wasn't there. Hell there's been a few posts at NeoGAF/Beyond3D stating that Broadway (Wii's CPU) clock for clock is more efficient than the Xenos in the 360. If the Wii-U uses a tri-core version of it, then it isn't that bad. Then again, we still don't know what the CPU is or what the GPU is, or what they can compare to.

This is also coming from a developer that is known to have terrible optimization.

Terrible performance and crappy visuals. Thanks to the nature of the 360's video output, the blacks were crushed and it made it even worse. I rented it on the 360 when it came out cause I didn't even know there was a PC version. It nearly made me hate it.

I must've missed that considering it ran quite consistently. The visuals lacked in the outdoor environments, but were great indoors. They patched the game 2-3 times on the 360.

Price to performance ratios don't concern present day sheep, all that maters is are the games fun or something along those lines :o And if that's really the case, it always makes me wonder why they just don't stick with the N64 or even the SNES. :P

Wii all over again.Only good for ninty exclusives,so wiiu's are going to be collecting dust waiting for those games.This probably means no gtaV for wiiu.Such a great next gen console.:lol:

Nintendo massive fail for making a console for games from 2006, rather than 2012 plus! Its not future prooof what so ever, and is already outdated now and can bearly run this gen games. Hope Nintendo does know its 2012, and games are getting more complex and demending, right? WII u is going be a distaster for 3rd party just like the wii was. Metro is ment to be played on pc as well.

pathetic, Wii U isn't even last gen. No wonder developers are bailing on Nintendo once again. It's quite insulting that Nintendo managed to deliver a console that is not only less powerful than the 6 year old current gen consoles, but charge more than twice as much for it. Let's not mention the numerous reported bugs, crashing,and permanent bricking that makes 360's RLOD look minor in comparison.

Last time I checked Wii U has a R700-based GPU (DX10.1 effects) and more RAM...

Nintendo have terrible supply chain management. If Apple made this exact low-tech, untested bug-ridden garbage, the profit margin would've been well over 10000%.

Sounds like a dumb excuse, what were they using? Probably old kits and didn't bother trying the newer kits.
