Metroid prime 3 has NO ONLINE

They never said it was going to have online.  And I'd rather have deep, well made campaign rather than a half assed story mode with much of the effort going into the multiplayer (Halo).

I agree graphics look kinda... WTF? but we've already seen video from 06 that looks damn good... something was going on with the screens (also note, they were supposed to be under embargo... maybe for a reason) 

Nintendo has called it a First Person Shooter countless times.

1. First Person

2. Shooting

3. No lock on

equals first person shooter=MP3=No online

you get what you pay for. buy a cheap console you get midiocre games. 

it's just sad that no sheeps are complaining this type of mediocre games. if this was on 360, we would have blasted MS for a poor job.

but sub-par games on wii seems to be fine. no really good games on the console and the thing sells like mad.

no lemmings are the fools here because some of them havent played metroid prime and if you have then you know metroid prime 2 was good but they focused more on the multiplayer and the single player is what makes the game and a majority of people didn't want multiplayer......its funny when nintendo listens to the hardcore crowd people get at them saying they do a poor job but if they added multiplayer people would say they're ruining the franchise

How the hell would you know if MP3 was mediocre?

You haven't played it, the first two games were both AAA, and all the hands on impressions indicate that this game is far from mediocre.

I guess playing Co-op with a buddy on Silent Hill or such games be cool. The game is about being alone and the atmosphere, one invidual against all else. If you popped in a chuckling buddy in there, wouldn't that kill it?

There is a Wiimote and Nunchuk compatible with the Gamecube now?

Im sure they could have that function removed and have MP3 running on the GC very smoothly :)

As for the similarities......the control scheme is of course the obvious big change but other then that it looks a little more interactive but from a graphical perspective essentially the same game and your posted videos really confirmed it.

We weren't comparing it to a next gen first person shooter. The competition was to prove it was beyond gamecube's bar of quality. I would get a better understanding of what's at hand before you make another post like that again.
