Very few games from their initial announcements can get such a reaction. There are even some fans that cannot handle such an amazing addition to the Metroid Universe that some fans have been petitioning that the game cease its development in fears that it would just be too amazing for their senses to contain and it would take over their lives for the foreseeable future.
After such an astounding reaction from fans of Metroid, Nintendo had to let it sink in for a little bit, so fans could catch their breath. That is until Nintendo said, they have endured enough and dropped another bombshell during a Nintendo Direct in March of this year. Starting development in 2009, it was confirmed that Federation Force was to originally have been made for the DSi, but it was moved to the 3DS because Nintendo feared it would cause the older DS model to melt from the sheer intensity of the game. Federation Force is a better game for this though, bringing fans back to the days of Metroid Prime Hunters on the DS by boasting its nostalgic graphics that deliver a truly immersive experience. To achieve full immersion, Nintendo took out all the distractions the previous game had by kicking out other characters nobody cares about like Samus and adding in the chibi-est the Federation had to offer.
Now by this point you are probably saying to yourself "where can I preorder this masterpiece?", but you better strap in because Nintendo isn't done melting your mind yet. Thats right, we have Blast Ballâ„¢. Move over Rocket League, theres a new soccer star here and it has guns. Nintendo is just oozing confidence right now and to wet your appetite for it, they decided to give you what you were asking for, a demo for Blast Ballâ„¢ and fans are loving it.
Now im assuming everyone has run out to your local gamestop to rob them for their entire shipment of the game, but once you get back its time to meet the team.
