MGS4 and FF13 can not and WILL NOT save the PS3.

Lets just cut right to the chase. MGS and FF games have not been the primary reasons the PS systems did so well. They were nothing more then added bonuses. Look at FF and MGS sales they were not like god almighty system sellers.

The real dilemma and i mean DILEMMA for PS3 now is just it's entire game library. This is what made PS1 and PS2 so successful. This has all changed. The 360 has the big game library now and it's just not games it's AAA games and the public knows this now. This is why PS3 struggles and will continue to struggle. MGS4 and FF13 will be nothing more then a sales blip of an increase and then after a week or so will go back to the struggling PS3 that is has been and will continue to be.

Meanwhile why PS3 awaits these titles and delays. 360 just keep gathering and enormous plethora of AAA games. And the public has clearly seen the light on this.

How much you want to bet MS will release Banjo Threeie and Gears Of War 2 next holiday. And Game Over once again for Sony next holiday season.

oh no! alas I cannot play FF13 the umpteenth title in a series thats been going downhill since FF7 was released a whole decade ago- it brings tears to my eyes thatI do not have a PS3 & therefore I cannot play such a game.

Remember how Cows listed all kinds of games for this year and that these games were suppose to boast the PS3? Well most of these games are out and about and yet still made a major impact. Lets see. I remember people listed Lair, welps, you know what happened there. Hmm what else, they listed Heavenly Sword, welps, short game, didn't sell well. Hmm whats next, Ratchet and Clank, hmm good game, but for some reason it still didn't sell well. Now Uncharted, beautiful game, but a short game like Heavenly Sword, which most likely have the same faith, it will not sell well. I don't know what true Cows are doing, but they sure aren't buying loads of these games they've listed in the past. They can continue to list upcoming games for the PS3, thats nice, but I have a feeling they won't be buying loads of them.

NG was the SAME game as the other 2. What dont you get about that? you can play the sam game for $40 cheaper on the 360 because its backwards compable. The new content was definatlynot worth $60
