I'm not talking about the PS3 or XBox 360. I'm talking about the Xbox One and the PS4. Who said anything about playing online for FREE? Did you even read what I wrote? Both the X1 and PS4 will have a FEE to play online. Duh!! You can't play games online with the PS4 for FREE. lol!! You have to have PS+ subscription to play online on the PS4 dummy. Go back and read again. You're clueless dude. blackace

The post you quote from me did not talk about anything you say either...
Yes you can play free to play games online on PS4 without paying where have you been.? Is multiplayer for normal retail games what is pay to play.
[QUOTE="blackace"][QUOTE="PS4TrumpsXbox1"] Actually yes you can do that with ps plus, only one plus subscription needed. You still have to pay for services that should be free like recording gameplay, apps like netflix skype which is free on every other device, etc....PS4TrumpsXbox1I'm not talking about on the PS3. I'm talking about on the PS4. Sony hasn't said anything about every account will be able to play multiplayer online with just one PS+ account. No one knows that answer yet, because Sony hasn't told anyone about it. yea they did: http://www.playstationlifestyle.net/2013/06/11/one-playstation-plus-account-on-ps4-will-allow-other-accounts-to-play-online-on-same-console/
What a mighty ownage...
Here's what I think a lot of people aren't understanding. The most noteworthy fact is that the main features added to, and advertised for, the XBOX One are inaccessible unless you pay the XBL Gold fee. That's a joke. I haven't seen XBOX gamers give their opinion on the matter, but instead point fingers at "hypocritical PS fans" due to online play now having a fee on PS4. That may be a fact for many PS gamers, but it's besides the key point of this topic. I really want to know what XBOX supporters think about the stipulations of XBOX One's new, innovative system features. As an XBOX fan, I know I don't like it!
---
Then, if you want to compare and point fingers, let's do so in more detail:
XBOX One free features
Playstation 4 free features
---
Looking at XBL and PSN from the "free" perspective, which do you think holds more value? Rather than value, which makes more sense as a consumer? If anything is incorrect about this list, please adjust it.Â
Personally, I won't be getting PS+ (in the foreseeable future), but I do understand the value in the *free* games catalogue and other discounts. You literally make your money back. In all the years XBL Gold has existed, I've yet to see any value for myself. If Microsoft were to make dedicated servers using the Azure cloud standard across all games, then that would be worthwhile!
[QUOTE="Murderstyle75"]And the family plan is gone on the 360. They removed it in the spring without even warning us to renew early.blackaceHopefully the HOME Gold will carry over to the XBox 360 once X1 is launched. We can hope however I really don't think Home Gold can be trusted. I mean they removed the family pack and all its going to take is for another corporate suit to come up with the idea that more money can be made from selling multiple accounts again and just like that, the plan could disappear.

That's good news. I originally assumed we could only share the *free* PS+ games. Now I can potentially benefit from PS+ share and XBL Gold Home :P.
