I'm sorry but as fun as Gears 3 is (I play it a friends house and it's bad***,plus the online works this time unlike Gears 2yay!)but I need more from xbox than just Halo. Sure Halo is good (I've never been the biggest Halo fan) but MS should get more than just that game series, and I don't care if they are doing a remake of Halo CE, it looks cool but again I need more than just Halo if MS wants me to buy a new xbox.

And as of now there isn't anything that makes me want to buy a new 360 and there doesn't seem like there is any reason to do so in the future. MS really dropped the ball by axing their first paty devs, Gears is good but Epic has talked about going mulitplat, Halo also good but again I need more than just this and Bungie is going multiplat, and Fable is just lol! Why did they get rid of Alan Wake? I know it didn't sell well but come on, that game was pretty awesome. MS needs more talented 1st party devs and more variety.

The PS3 keeps me satisified perfectly, great vairety of talented 1st party games and all the amazing multiplats that look great! And while I enjoyed Halo Reach, I think overall Killzone 3 is the better game IMO.

I agree that most of the list is terrible, but not all of it. Twisted Metal looks TOTALLY awesome and so does Sly 4. The rest I agree look pretty terrible and a few of the game I have never even heard of.

What 11 remakes are you talking about? HD rerelease =/= full blown remake.

the new halo CE isnt a full blown remake either. it is a reskinning. it may be a step above a simple HD remake, but not by much. its still not a new game. im not saying that people shouldnt get excited for it, but if HD reamkes "dont count," a reskinning shouldnt count either.

I've had a blast with the 360 this year.. There's just sooo many games to play (and not enough time..). HOWEVER, as far as exclusives.. Two (Maybe 3 games) will not "make up" for the weaksauce lineup they've had thus far.

Well there is no such game called Infamous Demons Souls, so of course they never heard of it. There is a game called Infamous, and a game called Demon's Souls, but no such thing called Infamous Demons Souls :P

Of course those games arn't bad, just becasue they don't have as much attention doesn't matter. I think Resistance games arn't that good, but that's just my opinion. But just because your friends haven't heard doesn't mean anything at all, the fact is the majortiy of people know what those games are. Most people do, I already checked.

Doesn't matter, Gran Turismo is clearly better, I know I did an indepth scientific study that proved it....

2 games and a remake dont make up for there crappy year

I only use Reviews as a general guide/recommendation to check a game out, but I don't use GS or IGN reviews because I don't trust them, I use Giant Bomb.

But that's aside the point, I use them as a general refrence than I'll watch some gameplay videos to see what I personally think. Like Killzone 3 got an 8.5 on here, but I thougt it was pretty good. Like Infamous 2 got a 7 but I enjoyed it a hell of alot, I didn't think it was super amazing or anything but I would have given it a higher score than what it got.

In the end YOUR opinion is what matters. Just treat game reviews as something like a recommendation from a friend. Don't let them be the end all be all

I've not been gaming at all recently but Gears 3 has pulled me right back in. Gears was the first game that got me right into online gaming and imo it was the only game that could bring me really back into it and it has.
