MS: PlayStation Plus "hasn't changed" us

When plus gets enough stuff that interests me to outweigh its price, then it may be worth it. No cross game chat, no faster downloads, no party system. Seems pretty meh to me. I still have my copy of Siphon Filter and that's the only thing that interests me that I've seen on there.

I don't pay for PSN+ so I don't need to argue it and you know why because I can play my games online for FREE just like on my PC, Wii, DS & PSP right when I buy them. I do pay for Xbox Live Gold as you can see the Gold strip in my sig. and only reason is because the online is locked without it. Try again.

-Xbox LIVE Gold offers what every other platform makes available for free at a cost.

Dunno, but he's kind of right, because except for some free arcade games, LIVE gold has a negative money value (even though it's liek da best onlien servis eva), while PS+ has already surpassed it's own cost in two months.

I guess so. Also I think Xbox Live is changing PSN because in recent articles, Sony continues to think about charging like an online pass for their games. It was just a matter of time which online strategy would affect the other.

Stop defending such a company? Yeah. Sony was such a GREAT company making its users with the PSP GO buy all of their games for their original PSP's all over again because of digital distribution. Don't make it compatible. Just make them buy it again. :roll:

Obviously not. The point of PSN+ is to get more value than what you spent. I dont pay for it because I dont see enough value just like I dont pay for Live because I dont see the value in paying to play my games online. Some people see value in these things(you with Live, Animal-Mother with PSN+) so you pay for it. You guys just get very defensive because you are paying for these services just as WoW subsricbers justifies their $180 a month.

he doesn't have a 360, or a gamertag. he was supposed to provide a pic of the one he's played so many hours of halo3 with. but he's yet to provide that. yet in this same thread, he stated that one year of PSN+ have provided him with more joy than 5 years of XBL.

There not jealous that sony has free online, and for an equal price point of MS online just to play online they give away free stuff.

Who's denying that? For the most part, I see users (or a user) glorifying PS+ as a service that gives you free stuff...when infact you have to have a PS+ sub, which costs money....

Let me destroy this argument again like i did with some similar ones.

PSN+ = $50 a year,get early access to demo,get discount on games,get some stuff that are 2 or 3 dollars,play PS1 clasics,play PS minis,play several games of PSN like wipeout,all this for a year.

You may or may not get what you pay for PSN+

Live gold = $50 for allowing a you to use the online multiplaying part of games ,which on PS3,PS2,DC,Wii,PC,PSP,DS,GC were always free.

You will never get what you invested in here.
