New Forza 4 Trailer Looks Better Than Gran Turismo 5

:shock: Wow, I love the music in the trailer, and the graphics are amazing, it only took 2 years for a Forza game to top Gran Turismo 5, which was in development for around 6 years :? I'm definitely impressed though, if I had a 360, I'd definitely be getting this one.

- Over 80 car manufacturers

- More "approachable"

- Race all over the globe in famous places

- Seems to have visual effects similar to that of NFS: Shift but less intense

- Head tracking and Kinect support confirmed

- Car clubs are in the game, in these clubs you can collect, modify, and exchange cars

- 16 player races

That was pretty impressive :o,and Forza 3 looks better than Gran Turismo 5 overall.

I'm very excitied for Forza 4, but this is the third thread with this footage...

I thought SW told me 360 can't have 16 cars on track while looking hot :P

The king of racers is making sure that complacency isn't setting in. Pretty much every thing cows hated on about Forza is being fixed in Forza 4. Another 9.5 Forza game incoming.

psh. remember the Forza 3 demo and the 'this demo is representative of the final product in terms of graphics' fiasco? yea, fanboys flooded the Forza 3 forums. seriously, they did it with Forza 2 and 3 by showing off photomode replays as trailers. when will you guys learn? weren't you here when the 'Forza 3 looks better than GT5' threads were all wiped out when the Forza 3 demo was released to the public?

Looks freaking stunning. Forza 3 beat GT5. Forza 4 will f***ing destroy it. And what's with people saying GT is better? It loses in pretty much every department.

Please stop saying Forza is better than GT, we all know it, but it's a touchy subject with cows.

I disagree, most of the cars in GT5 look rubbish. Forza is a better looking game because of consistency.

Looks like the lowly peasant-like Turn 10 is trying to cash in with gimmicks hoping they can climb the ladder of success and someday join the ranks of Polyphony. Dream on guys, that's uncharted territory for you. When it comes down to it, GT will always be the better series.PS2_ROCKS

i honestly dont see the hype to racing sims.....both gt and forza.....i dont see the real "thrill" to them and i cant imagine them getting higher then 9's

I know........a AAA racing game every two years is terrible. Hopefully T10 can copy PD and releaes a AA game every decade.

That looked great. Huge improvement from Forza 3 which looked pretty good already.

Forza > Gran Turismo. Always has been, still is and looking like it always will be.

Well, I am looking forward to "Fortza 4", but I can't say it looks better than GT 5 does when GT 5 is on the top of its game.

Uh oh... look out GT.

It looks about the same as GT5, which is great. I know graphics aren't that important in a racing sim, but GT5 has a very natural look that Forza 3 lacks. Seems like Turn 10 really worked on the lighting model with Forza 4.

Better interface, menus, online and overall design? Check

Equal graphics? Check.

At this point if Turn 10 can simply nail the actual driving physics as well as Poly did in GT5 (or do better, but I'm not pushing it) this game will give me no reason to go back to GT anytime soon.

The game looked amazing but holy cow fire the guy talking. That was one boring announcer. As far as the game though it seems like another AAA for Turn 10. I guess Poly needs to keep visiting Turn 10 and taking notes because the last time it did not pay off for them.rybe1025

Yup, Poly does need to take notes on how to design an interface, set up a well paced career mode and build a good online game..... just as T10 needs to take notes from Poly on creating a better driving model, which imo is the most important aspect of a sim/simcade racer.

i agree, also Dirt 3 is going to beat GT5 as well.
