Crysis's graphics are of high quality. So are Gears of War 2's.

ok lets stop the crysis comparisons. its not really fair considering your adverage pc that can run cryis at ulra-high is about 5X more powerfull than a 360. we all know crysis graphics>than all (yes even KZ2)

They weren't trying to make Crysis. They were trying to make Gears of War 2. A game more technologically advanced than the one that came before it.

It's a work in progress. The textures on the original were all excellent so i see no reason why they'd get worse on a sequel. Dont be such a fanboy.

Actually Cliff confirmed you can kill those guys below running, so they arent 'fake'. Also whats wrong with its feet.

I find it funny because the locust found it necessary to jetisson it's arm, even tought he was being chainsawed in the lower back. The chainsaw battle one is even more funny, the locust gun magical dissapears when he loses the battle and it's torso falls when the chainsaw is still in the middle.:lol:

I dont have to be impressed if I dont want to be cause im not. Im sick of the UE3. Im not going to lie I was so hyped for gears1 and for me it didnt deliver. I found it to be boring after 3 weeks. I did end up playing it again a couple months ago. which for some reason I seemed to enjoy more than when I first played it but still. Also to people saying killzone2 has not colors. Um Gears2 has no colors.

The only thing different is the angle of the camera and the fact that its in motion, nothing else is different.

Makes sense for such a scene to use many visual tricks to compensate for hardware.

we still need to see more on gears2, it was only a video, mostly scripted stuff.... Cliffy B said you could kill those locusts, but when they were being shot, seemed like nothing happened, no blood or signs of damage seemed apparent.... but anyway....
