I wanted this game to be good. I wanted the Wii to finally have a solid FPS to call its own. Sadly, The Conduit isn't it and anyone who is hyping it as anything special needs to take a step back and face the reality of the situation...it's just not a standout game and looks average as hell. The Wii is a platform that is all about being different. Had High Voltage accepted that fact and focused on giving us an interesting and creative FPS experience instead of trying to give Wii owners an HD console game, then maybe the The Conduit would be worthy of hype.

As it stands, it'll probably only rise just above the shovelware.

Conduit does not look better than Halo 3.

1. Halo 3 runs in HD

2. Halo 3 came out in '07, and you're saying that the Conduit is on "par" with a game that came out 2 years ago...

3. Halo 3 looks miles better, and has a much larger scale.
