No other system can handle MGS4

Those are ingame pictures. MGS4 is not an amazing looking game from a technical standpoint. Get over it.

Yea good stuff...6 installs for a single game.

At this rate the next PS might come inside a Tower...I just wasn't a fan of the game at all, everything people rave about just pissed me off. The cutscenes add little or nothing to the story, and you'll get swamped with up to 6-8 of them in a row. All they do is jumble and confuse the story even more.

Core gameplay is great, what little of it there is.

Now if it was on the PC, it would make the PS3 version look like paper mario!

35 gigs is all it took for MGSX4

thats with no compressed sound, hardly any compressed any thing else.

Using microsofts smart compressions and compressed sound..it would fit on 2 dvds. lol 360 is more then capable of MGSX4

When people talking about MGS$ being only possible on PS3, they aren't talking about the game graphically (which still is a beautiful game), they are talking about the amount of things going on at the same time, which is where the PS3's extra processors come into play.

Just because MGS4 did not appear in other consoles or on the PC doesn't mean that the PS3 is the only console that can handle it.

We don't have proof that other consoles can't handle MGS4 and vice versa.

Also, the person who said that the Wii can handle MGS4 if Konmai tried is one of the most unintelligent post I've seen today.

Get a pair of HD4870 or GTX280's and it will give you 30fps + at that res,very high and 16xAA, 16xAF. I have myself 2x8800GTX and get 30-40fps at 1280x1024 edgeaa 2 and 16xAF and ultra high settings.
