Im curious why cant you wait? What has Sony done to you to make you hate them so much. I own both a PS3 and 360 and of all the people I know that owned both they all like the PS3 much better. Its more reliable, Better exclusives, better media capablity . What reason do you have to hate them? I have fired up my 360 for 2 games this whole year. Its no wonder actually. Microsoft innovated on the causal side with kinect while Sony only copied Wii Motes and made them worse (its hard to not feel like an idiot when you are aiming on the screen with PINK BULB :D ) I think its actually a great success for Sony that they kept so close in sales this year, and thats only thanks to the fact that PS3 is the best (if not the only one remaining) console for us core gamers.

They have gotten away from their core and a big part of their business has been commoditized. Meaning they are cheap to make and cheap for people to buy with little to no differentiation. So margins are very very slim. Regardless, who cares about sales (the quality of the best PS3 exclusives( especially Uncharted) far exceeds the quality of the best 360 exclusives) BUT.... IF you want to get into it, then let's do so! The only game that kills it on the 360 is Halo ( Halo is one of the most over rated franchises ever IMO) Every other top 360 exclusive doesn't sell that much more then the top PS3 exclusives. Killzone 2, God of War 3, Uncharted 1 & 2, Gran Turismo 5 ect have all sold over 4 mill. + Uncharted 3 is already at 3.5 mil, So by all acounts U3...on top of being one of the most critically acclaimed games of the year by critics-and one of the most beloved games of the year by fans, is going to sell extremely well, and it(U3) will end up with BIG numbers. The game has been an all around SMASHING success, and its all well deserved by Naughty Dog! Anyway, Now, look at the 360' second strongest selling franchise in Gears, and it sells right about near that level per game. Not that much of a difference. Plus every other great PS3 exclusive is at 1 mill + or 2 mill + So besides Halo, nothing on the 360( exclusive wise) really truly out sells PS3 exclusives by a huge margin. And there are SEVERAL top ...and awesome PS3 exclusives that match the 360's second strongest selling franchise in Gears. PS exclusives have more then been doing fine, contrary to what the lem trolls on this forum say! And for all the talk about PS3 exclusives not selling from lems, Well what happened to Alan Wake and Splinter Cell Conviction, WHICH BOMBED LMAO! So cmon lems, what happened there!? Don't know what you're talking about. It is quiet on XBL lately especially when you play BF3 and Gears of War 3 is quiet as well. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.
