It ran incredibly well on my 360 so I imagine it is a very well optimized game.

I don't know if medium would look like crap since my computer can have trouble running Starcraft at times; However, I do know there is an option to lock the framerate so that when it's not crazy it's at 60fps, and when it is it will lock itself down to 30fps.

Most modern video cards can handle atleast 2x AA with almost no performance decrease. Even on widescreen resolutions.

And anyways, as long as Bioshock sells many copies, we can be sure to expect a sequel of some sort.

Yes. I'm not sure how many actually take advantage of their sound cards though. Usually there's no practical way of placing 5-7 speakers and a sub around a desk. For most people a decent set of headphones would probably be a better solution.

It may be impractical for you, maybe your lazy I don't know, but anyone can hang 7 speakers anywhere.

You don't build a machine capable of playing Bioshock with 7.1 sound and then use headphones.

I saw them as freeware actually....im not actually sure its legal though...but it was on that big site that keeps a database of free games....

either way...it doesnt seem to be to happy on newer OS's...epeciallly the sound ....which wouldnt work at all.
