Through out the years I've seen Many of these, Many Killzone2 Stickys and hype threads they came and went like the seasons and yet the real game has yet to be seen by anyone, lets hope this is the last one comrades

Nice pictures. Killzone 2 looks amazing on its own but when you compare it to a game like Crysis, you realize that it looks good but not Crysis good.

you know what I mean. If a game is missing something that it should have it should not get as high of a score as it would if it did have said thing. The fact is that they are going to release an unfinished game

If they are going to release a patch after the game is released that means they know that the game should have it. They are releasing the game before it is finished.

Swedish GP (whoever that is) gives KZ2 a 4/5. I am giving a link to a site with an english translation of a porion of the review. It has a link to the original site that is in swedish.

most console games patches are to fix minor bugs, and the games would have scored higher if the patches had been in the original game

They missed the bugs in the review, then when the servers get bogged down or when people play the games more extensively the bugs show up. That happens sometimes, but did you notice what happened with Gears 2 and SSBB? Neither game got a GOTY nom because of their online problems that showed up after the review.

---------- "There is something very kaxigt with releasing a storspel in January. Nobody helped from a julrusch, for early in the year in order to remember it when årslistorna assembled. Simply a commercial dared move. The creators of Killzone 2 know what they do and it has every reason to go with your nose in the air. The game is quite excellent. While it is easy to tire of war-based shooters and with Gears of War 2 and Resistance 2 in fresh memory, I have really had my dose for a while. Yet grips Killzone 2 me in the head hair, shake me and make me jump on the sofa. The initial battle is quite magical and intense maffigt, audio carpet are pressing and when my soldier SEV successful mission to destroy a bunch of rocket marksmen so I shudder. The control is nice and the surroundings are natural, raw and osminkade and it is in this Killzone 2 has its advantage compared with many other shooters: it feels more personal, easier to be you with your character, and feel with your team mates. There is no co-op, which is odd, and certainly makes Killzone 2 is not much new to the genre, but it is great enough to do without a julrusch in the back."

Notice how the reviewer doesn't mention MP at all. I wonder if they played it or if the score is indicative of that.
