Why do the sales of Uncharted 3 matter to you? Does that determine the quality of the game? Well, seeing how you keep lauding the 7.2% sales lead the Xbox 360 has over the PS3, I can understand why.

And for crying out loud, why the hell do dip****s keep supporting Activision?

BF3, on the other hand, is something that shouldn't go unnoticed. EA hasn't been as bad, but then again, they've been giving me free extra content on my Blu-ray discs.

I've seen Xbox 360 gamers (not particularly on this board) say "Why won't Rare make a new Killer Instinct?" or "Why is Valve incorporating Steam into the PS3 version of Portal 2 and not for the 360 version?"

My response is: Microsoft already knows that their gamers will continue to buy their product no matter how much they aren't delivering. If you wanted a new Killer instinct or Perfect Dark, you SHOULD NOT have purchased Kinect Sports. If you wanted additional content for a particular multiplatform game that you were interested in, you SHOULD NOT even buy the game until Microsoft has to do something to sway you into purchasing it.

But of course, there are a lot of ignorant people in the world and they can't understand the simple task of supply and demand. They aren't demanding it, so Microsoft isn't supplying it.

Sony, on the other hand is losing, hard. Them losing is to MY BENEFIT.

So you guys can keep touting those superior sales of the Xbox 360; that gives Microsoft less incentive to give you a better experience. But you are okay with that. And so am I, because I jumped that sinking ship.

if you follow that same logic? :lol: Where's the logic? I am talking about games, you know, software that I can play. Neither of those two examples hindered my ability to play games. Not being able to go online with Mortal Kombat for 3 weeks was a bummer, too bad it's back up and running now, right?

If you're going to get that upset by 2 or 3 games difference in exclusives over the last couple of years (EDIT each year) I would think that would make you explode. i love killzone but the 360 has gears, Halo and Fable The PC also has Gears, Halo, and Fable. Not all of them,but it does have the ones that matter most (the firsts)and I can still play online with Halo: Combat Evolved or Halo 2, only on the PC.

For the opposite situation to this you can go back about 6 months where the gap shrunk by the exact opposite amount. The make-up of that thread in terms of posters was quite different and that fiscal report thread was accompanied by like a half dozen threads claiming Sony was lying in its earnings releases.

I say the Xbox 360 is at 55 milliion now. MS sold 17 million 360s last 12 months or I could be totally mistaken. :?xhawk27

If you said the 360 would ever sell more than the PS3 at the start of this gen, cows and everyone would've laughed you out of SW.

and it's worth noting that when PS3 launched, MS had sold over 6 million 360's. Taking this into consideration, PS3 is doing pretty good as they have closed the gap quite a bit;)

I think when the PS3 gets a price drop(2012?), they will pass 360 eventually.
