Note: the ps store description says all free items are yours to keep as long as you continue to service unless otherwise noted. None of the addons are noted as being kept forever, except by a PS blog. so keep that in mind when your addons dont work any more after you quit the service.

That's what essentially happens to the online portion of all my 360 games, no? I'm paying to rent part of my game. The moment I decided to not pay for XBLis the moment content from my retail copy of Halo 3 becomes obsolete.It a crappy way to bring incentive to continually renewing ones membership but these companies need to find a way to do so, MS has their ways and Sony has theirs.

Based on what happened to Qore, it was promised to have features like early demos, betas, exclusive content, discounts, free premium avatars and themes, but it really didn't live up to those expectations. I think I'm going to pass up on PS+ and won't get it any time soon. Most of the features in Qore are in the PS+ subscription, as well as Qore being in the subscription itself. So the features new to PS+ is basically like a rental service, so I think I'll pass for now. Even if someone gave me a PSN card that can pay for PS+, I rather spend it and buy PSN games that's mine to keep.

PSN + 45 games a year at no charge + 12 one hour game trials + Exclusive avatars + Exclusive themes + game add ons at no charge for $50 a year?

Count me in.

You serious?If you have to pay 50$ a year for an online service im sure you would want the one with more features.

I would want the one with more feature I WANT. Again leading back to my original point that it depends on who you ask.

So you are basically paying Sony $50 a year for free rentals as long as keep subscribing and great discounts in the store?

I have spent around $120 a year in the PSN store so this would probably be a good deal for me.

Great point clipse! PS+ at this point in time hasn't been fully exposed, so to speak ... the Plus Members that have already dropped 50 for the next 15 months have plenty to look forward to, and let's not forget the people that might hold out for an entire year worth of content :o

It's said that PS+ this month has 82 dollars worth of content avalible now weather or not most or any of it is worth it to you is subjective of course :P but let's say those numbers stay true, by the end of the 15 months that50 dollar yearly fee would have given you access to 1,230dollars worth of content!!
