Prrf then Sony can **** off, I'm not paying money for a free game here and there that I don't even want, when they add some features then I'll consider.

You do realize their entire business model is based upon NOT screwing over the rest of PSN? They will NEVER give say: cross-game chat to PS+ users and not the rest.

actually they can give it to playstation plus if they want to, sony said that there new business model wasn't going to interfere with the current PSN that means that the PSN will not be mess with and thats more then enough for people who don't want playstation plus. So I wouldn't mind if they gave it to only playstation plus users personally doesn't hurt me none.

Sony has said over and over they will still give every basic feature to regular PSN users as well. And cross-game chat is defiantly a basic feature people want. and it hurts users who went to the PS3 and love playing online without paying extra money for something that should be there.

if I had $50 to spare, I'd get it. But currently, I can't afford it, also.. Waiting to see how the support for it goes. If they are only going to offer up stuff that's already been on the store for 2 years, I don't really see that great of a reason for me, personally, to get it. We'll see. I'm interested, but broke. :/

PS+ is just like when you go on holiday you pay for say uprgraded seats or something you get the little extra's that make it just that bit sweeter (in the sense that you are paying and your getting extra's if you like) an your PSN bog standard is the good oldd economy class it does the job and does exactly what it says on the tin.

XBL is kina like paying for buisness class cept the plane is only buisness class lol.

People are misunderstanding the whole concept. You dont play for PSN + to game online. You pay to get additional content, discounts, automatic updates, earlier demos, BETAS, and so on. It is just a bonus to the already free online gaming.

If you buy Wipeout HD, some DLC for disc based games, Joe Danger, some themes, avatars, PSN downloadable movies. You will get the keep all of those if you decide to stop subscribing to PSN +

PSN + offers some "free" games within the service if you subscribe. You will lose those games if you stop subscribing because those free games are all part of the PSN+ package. The same way you will lose your Hulu shows, Netflix movies, or any other subscription based services if you stop subscribing. Really nothing is free so I dont know why ppl are complaining about this when money is what makes the world revolve.

If I decided to stop playing for Xbox Live I lose my ability to play online and get the full enjoyment out of the 360 and that is alot worse than losing some so called "free"games on PSN+ because I will still have the ability to play online, browse the web, buy DLC, get patches, updates, buy PSN games all for free still.

Neva! Auto download never appeals for anything, the fact that I then have to leave the device on standby and burn more electric is just annoying. Unplug everything ;) Standby is not your friend, unless you like wasting money, then go ahead.

Which is why I see the service as fail, if they put the Online content into the mix, the package would be much better! Betas, and first to demos :S If that's what really keeps people up at night than oh well, People have already by passed the Xbox live gold download for demos. A massive website allows you download the demo, dump it on a flash drive and pop it on your 360. Works and its nothing illegal about it, or just go to your mates, save it onto a flash drive, and take it home. Same with the PS3 demos. The store discounts, your PAYING to get a discount, just think a bit on that one :roll: Unless the products are good discounts. I.E. Games and are not just dedicated to Sony owned content. At the moment its all first party stuff :S Not paying for Xbox live still gives you the ability to get demos, patches, buy stuff from the store, not sure how you heard that.

Let me get this straight, you think PS+ is fail, but if they removed online play from normal PSN and put it exclusivly in PS+ it would own? Is that the jist of it?
