I'm getting a PS4 and I still think the Xbox One bashing is ridiculous! This may sound strange coming from a consumer, but us "saving" on used game purchases doesn't help developers. It just helps Gamestop, Best Buy, etc. I want to help developers, the creative people, to keep making games. I even think some retail chains take used games and sell them as brand new anyway. I've bought new games before that didn't have the seal/sticker on them. I rather have developers/publishers rip me off instead of retail outlets. headninjadog

The fact MS hasn't gotten the picture yet proves to me the hate isn't strong enough. Maybe once they see their sale's numbers.

I think the hate should grow more and carry on throughout the generation.   Let PS4 be king like the good ol-days.

Hopefully the bashing is just getting warmed up.  Microsoft needs to get kicked in the nuts and thrown out of the gaming industry A.S.A.P.  I believe in healthy competition, but Microsoft is a cancer that needs to be removed.  I'd rather see Sony and Nintendo, 2 companies that I respect, go at it.

That game was great. I was a huge fan of the movie before the game and when I saw that it was being made into a game it was like gamer porn for me. CanYouDiglt

Yeah, I replayed the game after watching the movie and you could tell Rockstar were big fans of it. This is one of the very few examples where a movie game is made with care, without a deadline and doesn't suck.

MS have themselves to blame just like Sony did in 2006 and 2007.

It'd getting old pretty fast.

Microsoft is practicing market protectionism under the guise of new technology. There are literally dozens of ways they could have kept the status quo while pushing the cloud technology. They saw a chance to give publishers a bite of the used game cake and they took it. So yes, It deserves the hate it is getting. My guess is that microsoft assumed that Sony was going to do the same thing thus giving them the advantage by pushing cloud technology. Sony didn't restrict used game sales so now Microsoft is having to go into serious damage control. They took a massive gamble on an assumption and lost. 

It's a few days after E3, they haven't lost yet. What's wrong with trying to get more money for the publishers, ont this mean better games. Give us offline mode before launch and cheaper digital games and we will be praising what they have done in a years time. tdkmillsy

No, I don't think it's gotten out of hand. If the xbone is successful, it's going to give corporations the go ahead to implement these shit policies, and they will become mainstream. Being loud and obnoxious is a necessity.

Eh it's really just a loud minority. We'll see how it will do 6 months after the launch.

Original XBOX and 360 were great consoles, XBOXone is simply a slap in the face.

Most people in the us buy 360 for kinect and internet tv so they probably will get xbox one but not on launch they'll waiting for price drop on christmas

I'm not paying $500 to deal with all the bullshit Microsoft is trying to put me through when I can just pay $400 for a PS4 which has better hardware and more potential. That's about it from me. Otherwise I think the Xbone is actually a good device. It just comes with too many rules for the consumer. Take away the rules and people would want one.

I haven't seen anything unreasonable or excessive considering what has transpired. 

Now if the PS4 was like the Xbone  and the Xbone was like the PS4 on the other hand, it would likely be 100 times worse.
