You have to subscribe to PSN+, and you lose acccess to them once your sub runs out. So the TC's point about "paying to play online" is a touch odd.

im sorry but tc is right, xbox charges u 60$ a year to play ur games online and watch netflix and etc, problem is netflix and hulu and espn arnt free so there charging me to watch it online while netflix, espn, hulu are charging me, its totally screwed up, and xboxlive over charges for a lot of stuff and no where near as good of deals as psn+

It´s cool and all but I´m not interested in paying for a service to rent games,because that´s what this is in the end,but good stuff for PS+ owners I guess.

Online multiplayer requires a Gold subscription - you can still access and enter multiplayer if you don't have Gold. You are not barred from it if you decide to not re-up

Nice for those who pay for PS+, have enough hdd space, fast download speeds, and patience to download all of them. Also I was wondering, PS+ gets updated every month, if I don't get a chance to pay until next month will these games still be available? Did the last update destroy xbla?
