pc dmc4 update true1080P, 120FPS

What a bad move, I absolutely don't understand why they put all that in the PC version only.NWA_31

Completely false. Here's the major difference between console games and PC games. PC games are only as good as the rig. Saying your PC game is better than my console game just because it's "potentially" better doesn't make it so. If you can't make it run better, it isn't better.

What kind of arguement is this? Its not our fault if your PC is ancient, or anyone elses but your own, the PC version has more features, cpabilities and graphics, that would be the case for you if you had upgraded, instead of buying a 360 OR along side like us.

Its like saying (assuming it existed) that the3 60 version is better than the PS2 version you bought donkeys years ago.

PS3 version will work the same for every PS3 owner. That can't be said for PCs. But I admitted that it could potentially be better on PC. No doubt.

Ermm what makes it better besides mods, more Enemies on Screen and a better frame rate?:? thats not really want to go and buy the PC one when i can already get the same game anyways. Did you even read it? It has more content and the fact its on PC means not only the devs, but players can add more content (Longevity FTW!), thats not even considering the update in visuals and the ability to customize controls.

I actually agree with you on this point, but for me (and probably just about anyone who has already finished the game), the slight improvements for the PC version aren't a big deal. It's the cleanest looking console game I've ever seen, and it's a very good game, but I wouldn't say it's that amazing for me to bother with the extra bit of content.

To be honest, we really don't know if the improvement is slight or if the content is just a bit, right now all we have to go off of is what we're reading and from what I gather, its a pretty signifigant difference.

Um the extra content is more dificulty modes. In case you didnt know DMC 4 is already ridicoulsy hard as it is on the hardest level so the extra content is really nothing. And no it said nothing about custome mod support Capcom mod support has alwasy been horrible not to mention Capcom ports are extremly strenous on even the latest hardware( look at Lost Planet) not to mention many of there games are riddled with bugs. Fact is you could play the best version right now on the PS3 and you could do it about a year before it came to the pc so just give it a rest.

Anyway, the specs for PC DMC4 seem to be extremely high as a Quad Core 6600 with a[dual]8800GTX barely struggles to manage 30fps in the benchmark and that without the graphically demanding special effects like exceed, gilgamesh effects or pandora exposions. That's pretty much unplayable for DMC4 which has frame based input attacks and needs a perfect 60 fps.

Now if you got the latest hardware on the market and a good PS2/3 controller hooked up, things are looking up.

Um the devs said they both ran at 60 actually. Hes not being a fanboy just a little misinformed this quote isnt taken from a dev is taken from 1up and they said time and time again DMC4 on the consoles runs at true 720p at 60fps ON BOTH CONSOLES.

Yes so I did interpret your message the right way. My response was that someone could just want to send the message that they don't actually care (which is part of a forum, otherwise you wouldn't know that some people really don't care). For example, I've only been playing Crisis on my PC lately because I generally prefer console gaming. If I really cared about the enhanced version of DMC4 on the PC, I would get it.

But it's good for PC gamers who don't own a PS3 or 360 that they get to play it as well.
