You need to see the reality. It's going to happen sooner or later, there isn't enough economic resources to keep nations afloat. Worst of all is that in the future there won't be any costal towns, all those people are going to die because the sea levels are going to rise and drown them all. The survivors are going to be hungry and will migrate to other areas where they will start killing other people.

You need to build a place where you can "bug out", it's a safe place that only you know about near by where you can store your food, supplies, guns etc....and live in for a while after the chaos has subsided. This is going to happen, people can choose to ignore itall they want but the world won't have enough economic resources to support it's self either.
