I'm not a manticore, pathetic fanboy. Don't have a gaming PC. I game on 360, PS3, and Wii (until recently). But I definitely agree that the PC platform is capable of superior technical graphics over consoles. Common sense. Its open and can be modified with any number of modern components. By the way, still waiting on that gamertag. Please, you're supposed to not be a fanboy at all. Prove it, f*cking idiot. My psn id and gamertag are in my sig.

I agree, but not for the reason you've given, since GS takes into account the platform for those awards. PCs can clearly do more impressive visuals than consoles, but I wouldn't say they completely blow away what the PS3 and 360 can do, or make them look like crap, that kind of hyperbole you see on here. It is the nature of this forum though for people to exaggerate things in favour of their favourite system. Or it could just be that I'm not as picky.:P
Anyway, that was a handy tool someone posted earlier, so I decided to give it a try and share my specs. The GPU is an HD7870.
