If it beat the Wii i'd be shocked.. The wii started slower its first months but sped up every month in its first year while the PS4 sort of slowed down in after its initial surge..Never underestimate holiday sales though

Wii got released nov/dec 2006, by the end of dec 2007 Nintendo had shipped 20,13millions Wii consoles world-wide. Ps4 have sold about 13million in about same time...

No. Wii sold over 20 million to consumers from launch until the end of the following year. The PS4 would need to sell like 4 million+ more systems to consumers in 3 weeks to catch that number. That ain't happening.

Doesn't matter. Nintendo raked in cash hand over fist on each console sold at launch. Wii made them billions in a short time. Sony will need to keep ps4 around for years before it equals what Nintendo made with inferior hardware.

LOL!! Boy did you read that wrong. They sold over 20 million from launch through the first year. In their 2nd year then sold almost 25 million. So all total. They sold 44.8 million in 2 years. lol!!

What he said is probably true. If I remember correctly, the Wii sold 4 million units in December alone. Since this month just started, the PS4 is probably still barely ahead when looking at aligned figures. Sony probably knows that the Wii will start to outpace it, so they threw that out there while they still could.

That didn't look like the uncharted I saw at E3. I'd be calling downgrade if I really cared. But from what I've seen it looks like they did adjustments for better performance.

And if they did adjust for better performance I say well done. Graphics is great, but its just a candy covering over gameplay. Make sure the gameplay is good.
